Many of my friends kiddingly call me “The Major of Destin”, which always makes me smile. Having grown up on the beaches of Miami and eastern Long Island, I always thought sand was brown or reddish and that the ocean was dark, cold and always rough. It was during my first year in Atlanta in 1987, that I first came to the Emerald Coast of Florida and was completely blown away. I’m not sure how long I stood there with my jaw dropped and frozen in time, but I was sure I had never seen such a beautiful beach anywhere. I was hooked! It took me 17 years to get here, but I finally made it almost 16 year ago…. which was the best decision in my life.

Granted we are a tourist/resort town, but still have a very close-knit community of completely wonderful people, who are very proud of our home. What I really love is the fact that everybody is always friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. It’s like were all on vacation…. tourists and locals alike. When my customers visit or move here, I try to introduce them to as many people as possible. This is not only because I want them to see how much we love it, but also because I wish to provide them with every possible resource, so they benefit from the best service professionals, businesses and lifestyle options we have to offer.
As for what I do, I specialize in finding the most profitable properties for a wide variety of investors who wish to enjoy great cash-flow, strong appreciation and a great place to enjoy themselves. In addition, I have the pleasure of helping folks who are relocating or retiring to this area and wish to enjoy a more residential area or golf course community.
